ABOUT

One person. Many rooms.

Brandon Lee Ford has spent his career leading in more than one place at once. He's been a pediatric nurse and an attorney, a corporate executive and an entrepreneur, and today he serves as a Summit County Councilman — all while raising two sons with his wife in Copley, Ohio.
That range is the point. The thread through all of it is one question: how do you lead well when your responsibilities don't fit into a single role? It's the idea behind his framework, The Rooms, and his podcast, The Leadership Between — and it's what he brings to stages for executives, entrepreneurs, public servants, and the people everyone else brings their problems to.
He holds a BSN from Case Western Reserve and a JD/MBA from the University of Akron. But the credential that shaped him most is the one everyone in his audience shares: leading in several places at once, and refusing to lose himself in the process.
